We are a non-profit 501 [C] 3 organization. My purpose for this school is to provide autistic individuals, kids, and teens, including all types of inabilities, be it mentally or physically, and to teach them all the arts of Painting, Music, and Dance.
President
David Emmanuel Pedemonte-Forte established/founded David’s Global Community Development Corp. in 2014. In the first few years, he produced his works of art within the autism community presenting his work as a public speaker for raising awareness and advocating support for the importance of using art as a form of communication/self-expression for children with autism. David received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication specializing in graphics/interactive design, animation, photography, and music from the University of Miami, and other creative techniques. When he graduated from American InterContinental University (AIU) in Weston, Florida, the Dean of the School of Design, Gordon Russell, presented him with a special honor for overcoming the impossible. Since 2014 he has established years of experience working as an artist, teacher, music composer, and author.

Adept at driving the growth of company revenues and improving management team performance. Exceptional mentor and coach. Tenacious in building new business, and forging strong OEM relationships.

As a mother of a child with autism and three grandchildren with autism, Gloria Pedemonte serves as a founder of David’s Global Community Development Corp. which she provides her son, David Pedemonte-Forte, with continual sound support securing his education, his work, and overall primary decisions of the organization. As CEO, Gloria provides her expertise in charge of multiple functions often playing a dual role in providing energy, efficiency, devotion, and knowledge for David and the organization to achieve various tasks and goals in establishing the business. Gloria has over 46 years, in dedicating herself to establishing plans for schedules and routines to organize family, education, extra-curricular activities, and social events ensuring overall organization sustainability. She is accomplished in understanding child development, expectations, and transitions from one developmental level to the next as well as different skill sets from primary school ages to adulthood and beyond. She also has broad experience managing situations acting as backup expertise advisory and support for overall organizations’ daily function. She holds degrees specializing in nursing with several years of working within both the private and public sectors of the medical/mental healthcare industry.
Doctor
An experienced bi-lingual (English and Spanish) leader and director of Safety and Security Operations. Both domestically and internationally, with over 20 years of experience managing the unique hazards associated with warehouses, distribution and fulfillment centers, food handling and storage, and retail environments. Develop, integrate, and oversee culturally attuned Safety and Security Operations policies, programs, procedures, standards, and processes. Takes calculated risks and challenges current practices to develop and deliver innovative solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations. Highly confident, efficient problem-solver with excellent communication skills and an extensive background in training, influencing, and developing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Solid business acumen with an outstanding record in safety & security training, operational compliance, OSHA audits, root cause assessments, internal case resolution, supply chain, vendor investigations, and ORI & shrink reduction. Exceedingly adept at launching new company objectives, driving productivity, and increasing efficiency.
Parents/guardians will participate with their children in classes and in events!
We will create an online store for students so they can sell their artwork, t-shirts, posters, and more!
